Driving Growth Through Leadership

Justin described how his organisation has been through major change. A new CEO was appointed to slim down, re-focus and re-energise RSA. The L&D function had a significant challenge to create a leadership cadre that can operate in this environment. The business has identified 4 leadership capabilities: leading others; getting results; judgement and courage. Whilst this has had an impact, it is becoming clear that this is not enough. Justin will describe the challenge in augmenting this list to meet future challenges.
