Managing Complex Change to Build Sustainable Future Results

The event will be held in Beaumont House Hotel, Burfield Road, Old Windsor, Berkshire SL4 2JJ between 1 - 2 March 2012

Managing complex change calls for clear choices to be made as to which methodologies and methods to use. There are a number of OD practices that can be applied to managing change. This two-day residential masterclass will cover the OD approaches and their differences to other change models as well as reviewing macro and micro approaches and managing covert change issues. This is a highlypractical workshop where we will apply the methods to case studies brought by participants.

Who is it for?

HR and organisation development practitioners who are involved in managing change and want to strengthen their use of OD methods to build more sustainable change practice.
